dc.description.abstract	En la actualidad es importante hablar de los avances tecnológicos que se han desarrollado a lo largo de los años y que cambian la perspectiva de vida de una sociedad, puesto que al generarse nuevos avances tecnológicos, la sociedad tiene que inmiscuirse en los mismos, en todos los ámbitos; es decir desde el punta de vista, social, éticos, jurídicos, morales, entre otros; uno de esos avances y en particular el avance que interesa en esta investigación es el referente a las técnicas de reproducción asistida, haciendo un estudio más detallado de la práctica de la maternidad subrogada. El motivo por el cual es importante hacer un análisis de la práctica de la maternidad subrogada se debe a los diferentes cambios que se presentan en la sociedad, respecto al interés de formar una familia, que entre otros aspectos se debe a la manera en la que han ido cambiando los objetivos de los seres humanos, puesto que en décadas anteriores el objetivo primordial era formar una familia como base de la sociedad.	es_ES
