dc.description	In recent years, Mexican society has turned its gaze to the work of all kinds of authorities and has become increasingly demanding about respect for the rule of law; Thanks to social pressure the entities involved in the delivery of justice are forced to improve their functions. In the same way, society is dedicated to questioning the work of legislators, requesting the creation of normative provisions more in line with the general requirement. It does not require much legal knowledge for society to criticize severely the results in the delivery of justice, issues such as impunity and corruption of the judicial apparatus occupy the main spaces in the press and television, as well as in homes, schools and various work centers. Of course, in many cases, the problems of justice go through other factors such as the lack of fair, complete and consistent rules.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En los últimos años la sociedad mexicana ha volteado su mirada al quehacer de todo tipo de autoridades y se ha vuelto cada vez más exigente sobre el respeto al estado de derecho; gracias a la presión social los entes implicados en la impartición de justicia se ven obligados a mejorar sus funciones. De la misma manera, la sociedad se dedica a cuestionar el trabajo de los legisladores, solicitando la creación de disposiciones normativas más acordes al requerimiento general. No se requieren muchos conocimientos jurídicos para que la sociedad pueda criticar severamente los resultados en la impartición de justicia;temas como la impunidad y la corrupción del aparato judicial ocupan los principales espacios en la prensa y la televisión, así como en los hogares, escuelas y diversos centros de trabajo. Desde luego que en muchos de los casos los problemas de la justicia pasan más por otros factores como la falta de normas justas, completas y congruentes.	es_ES
