dc.description	The main objective of this research is to analyze the Mexican financial system from a gender perspective, emphasizing the inclusion of women in this field. The article concludes that although there are gender differences in the financial sector, and it is far from narrowing the gap between men and women, women are increasingly prepared to be efficient in carrying out any job, because they are capable of doing various activities at the same time successfully, characteristics usually assigned to them.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El objetivo principal de esta investigación es analizar el sistema financiero mexicano con perspectiva de género, ya que se pretende dar énfasis a la inserción de las mujeres en este campo laboral. Se puede observar en las conclusiones que, aunque sí existen diferencias de género en el sector financiero y se está muy lejos de estrechar la brecha entre hombres y mujeres, están cada vez más preparadas, siendo eficientes en la realización de cualquier empleo, porque son capaces de desarrollar diversas actividades a la vez y obtener éxito en todas, características generalmente asignadas a ellas.	es_ES
