dc.description	In the line of local economic development studies, this research analyzes corn production through the ejidal organization in the municipality of Jala, in search of knowing the conditions and levels of corn production to diagnose the purpose of the crop through two aspects: socioeconomic reproduction or food sovereignty. Using various qualitative research techniques, the results were analyzed through the classification of two Microregions: The Plateau and the Lower Part. Highlighting differences in production and use of corn, La Meseta presents characteristics more attached to maintaining the aims of food sovereignty, while La Parte Baja presents conditions closer to marketing and dependence on individuals.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En la línea de estudios del desarrollo económico local, esta investigación analiza la producción de maíz a través de la organización ejidal en el municipio de Jala, en la búsqueda por conocer las condiciones y niveles de producción del maíz para diagnosticar la finalidad del cultivo mediante dos vertientes: la reproducción socio económica o la soberanía alimentaria. Mediante diversas técnicas de investigación cualitativa, se analizaron los resultados a través de la clasificación de dos Microregiones: La Meseta y La parte Baja. Resaltando diferencias productivas y de usos del maíz; La Meseta presenta características más apegadas a mantener los fines de soberanía alimentaria; mientras que La Parte Baja presenta condiciones más próximas a la comercialización y dependencia a particulares.	es_ES
