dc.description	This research aims to contribute to the discussion on the topic of regional development from an innovative perspective, that is, the regional development based on knowledge. It starts from the premise that the Nayarit regions have not taken advantage of their potential, but that they have the conditions to promote the development of their internal regions through knowledge, for which they propose a series of strategies as a result of the analysis of the potentialities regional and local scientific and technological capacities.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación, pretende contribuir a la discusión sobre el tema del desarrollo regional desde una perspectiva innovadora, es decir, la del desarrollo regional con base en el conocimiento. Parte de la premisa de que las regiones de Nayarit, no han aprovechado sus potencialidades, pero que tiene condiciones para impulsar el desarrollo de sus regiones internas a través del conocimiento, para lo cual, propone una serie de estrategias como resultado del análisis de las potencialidades regionales y de las capacidades científicas y tecnológicas locales.	es_ES
