dc.description	Historically, the industry has developed within the framework of an incessant process of change, experiencing quantitative and qualitative transformations, the emergence of new productive branches, the disappearance of old ones. The general objective of this paper is to analyze the changes in the manufacturing sector within the framework of the economic structure of Nayarit and in this context the importance of the Food, Beverage and Tobacco subsector. For her the hypothesis is tested that the manufacturing industry Nayarita has taken off mainly in the food, beverages and tobacco sector, due to the weight the entity has in the agricultural sector, but also that its consolidation problems are due to the lack of a orderly integration and supported with the rest of the economy backwards and forwards.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Desde siempre, la industria se ha desarrollado en el marco de incesante proceso de cambio experimentando transformaciones cuantitativas y cualitativas, surgimiento de nuevas ramas productivas, desaparición de las antiguas. El objetivo general de este trabajo es analizar los cambios del sector de la industria manufacturera en el marco de la estructura económica de Nayarit y en ese contexto la importancia del subsector de Alimentos, Bebidas y Tabaco. Para ella se prueba la hipótesis de que la industria manufacturera Nayarita ha despegado principalmente en el sector alimento, bebidas y tabaco, debido al peso que tiene en la entidad el sector agrícola, pero también que sus problemas de consolidación se deben a la falta de una integración ordenada y apoyada con el resto de la economía hacia atrás y hacia delante.	es_ES
