dc.description	The present investigation was carried out with the purpose of determining which is the resistance of the sapphire brackets to compressive, shear and torsion forces, being the sample selected from different brands to make the sample more representative and not allow to think that When evaluating only one brand, only the results of the same are presented. Ceramic brackets are divided, depending on the way they are manufactured, into polycrystals known as porcelain and monocrystalline known as sapphire. These brackets have been introduced as an aesthetic alternative for orthodontic treatment, which has presented an increase in demand by the adult patient.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación se llevó a cabo con el propósito de determinar cual es la resistencia de los brackets de zafiro a fuerzas de compresión, cizalla y torsión, siendo la muestra seleccionada de diferentes marcas para hacer la muestra más representativa y no dar cabida a pensar que al evaluar solo una marca se presenten solo los resultados de la misma. Los brackets cerámicos se dividen, dependiendo de la manera en que sean fabricados, en policristalinos conocidos como porcelana y monocristalinos conocidos como de zafiro. Estos brackets han sido introducidos como alternativa estética para al tratamiento ortodóncico, el cual ha presentado un aumento en la demanda por parte del paciente adulto.	es_ES
