dc.description	Fluorosis is a dental disease in the formation of enamel, which results from excessive ingestion of fluorides during tooth development. Clinically they can be observed as spots ranging from whitish to dark brown, or even the loss of enamel continuity. The objective of the research was to determine the prevalence of dental fluorosis in students from 12 to 15 years of age in the municipality of Tepic Nayarit. The sample was of 450 students, of which 52% corresponded to the female gender and 48% to the male, with ages of 12 to 15 years.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La fluorosis es una enfermedad dental en la formación del esmalte, que resulta de la ingestión excesiva de fluoruros durante el desarrollo del diente. Clinicamente pueden observarse como manchas que van desde blanquecino hasta café obscuro, o incluso la pérdida de continuidad del esmalte. El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la prevalencia de fluorosis dental en estudiantes de 12 a 15 años de edad del municipio de Tepic Nayarit. La muestra fue de 450 estudiantes, de los cuales 52% correspondieron al género femenino y 48% al masculino, con edades de 12 a 15 años.	es_ES
