dc.description.abstract	A partir de las reformas constitucionales de junio de 2011 en sus dos vertientes de amparo y de derechos humanos el constitucionalismo mexicano ha sufrido modificaciones importantes, lo que ha ocasionado que temas que aparentemente se encontraban fuera del debate ingresaran con alta intensidad, por lo que a partir de esa fecha se habla ya no del reconocimiento de estas instituciones sino de su operatividad; se mencionan por ejemplo al control de convencionalidad, amparo entre particulares, ampliación al interés legitimo para la procedencia del amparo, la introducción normativa del principio pro persona, la clausula de interpretación conforme, las nuevas obligaciones del estado en materia de derechos humanos y desde luego la creación del bloque de constitucionalidad en materia de derechos humanos.	es_ES
