dc.description	As is well known, the advance directive appears in 2008 in Mexico and is a relatively new institution in the legislation and legal sphere of our country, so its dissemination has been very scarce and of little scope for the general population and its incorporation into the local legislation of the federative states has been partial, even the General Health Law provides analogously for palliative care. In the Mexican Republic of 32 entities is documented that only 10 ten have legislation in this regard is why one of the purposes of this work is to help understand the institution, to disseminate in such a way that the general population has access to information trying to establish the advantages and disadvantages in its application for the knowledge and strengthening of it.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Como ya es bien sabido la voluntad anticipada aparece en el ano 2008 en México y es una institución relativamente nueva en la legislación y ámbito jurídico de nuestro país, por lo cual su difusión ha sido muy escasa y de muy poco alcance para la población en general y su incorporación dentro de las legislaciones locales de las entidades federativas ha sido parcial, incluso la Ley General de Salud establece en forma análogo los cuidados paliativos. En la República Mexicana de 32 entidades esta documentado que solo 10 diez cuentan con legislación al respecto es por lo cual que uno de los propósitos de este trabajo es ayudar a comprender la institución, dar difusión de tal manera que la población en general tenga acceso a la información tratando de establecer las ventajas y desventajas en su aplicación para el conocimiento y fortalecimiento de la misma.	es_ES
