dc.description	When we receive a sentence that favors us, few give themselves to the task of analyzing the argumentation that served as the basis for dictating it. However, when a sentence is issued against our claims, there is automatically a desire to know the reasons they adopted to resolve the issue. If the sentence can be challenged through some extraordinary means, there is the possibility that this decision will be rectified, or ratified confirming the primary reasons, either by reinforcing them or claiming others in the same sense.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Cuando recibimos una sentencia que nos favorece pocos se dan a la tarea de analizarla argumentación que sirvió de base para dictarla. Sin embargo, cuando dictan una sentencia en contra de nuestras pretensiones, automáticamente se produce un deseo de conocerlas razones que adoptaron para resolverla litis en cuestión. Si la sentencia puede ser impugnada a través de algún recurso o medio extraordinario, existe la posibilidad de que esa decisión sea rectificada, o bien, se ratifique confirmando las razones primarias, ya sea reforzando las o aduciendo otras en ese mismo sentido.	es_ES
