dc.description	In our country, all people are holders of the human rights recognized both in the CPEUM and in the international treaties to which Mexico is a party. In case of violation of fundamental rights, the CPEUM itself provides for various procedural guarantees or instruments for their protection and restoration. The amparo is the means of control of the constitutionality within the reach of every person for the protection of their fundamental rights, it is a constitutional process, in which followed its stages, a possible judgement estimatoria, restores the complainant in the enjoyment of the right.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En nuestro país, todas las personas son titulares de los derechos humanos que se encuentran reconocidos tanto en la CPEUM, como en los tratados internacionales de los que México es parte. En caso de violación a los derechos fundamentales, la propia CPEUM prevé diversas garantías o instrumentos procesales para su protección y restauración. El amparo es el medio de control de la constitucionalidad al alcance de toda persona para la protección de sus derechos fundamentales, es un proceso constitucional, en el que seguidas sus etapas, una posible sentencia estimatoria, restituye al quejoso en el goce del derecho.	es_ES
