dc.description	The Mexican State, in order to improve the penal system and seek to better protect the human rights of the governed, carries out, based on a set of theoretical and sociological studies, a series of proposals to modify the criminal justice system that prevails in Mexico; This research was integrated into what is known as the white paper on judicial reform, a set of ideas aimed at modifying and improving the administration of justice in the criminal sphere, in order to give greater transparency to the judicial process, whose main theme is the change from an inquisitive system to an accusatory system, and which indirectly led to the recognition at the constitutional level of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as a right enshrined in the Constitution.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El estado mexicano, en aras de mejorar el sistema penal y buscando proteger en mayor medida los derechos humanos de los gobernados, realiza, a partir de un conjunto de estudios teóricos y sociológicos, una serie de propuestas para modificar el sistema de justicia penal que impera en México; investigaciones que se integraron a lo que se conoce como el libro blanco de la reforma judicial, un conjunto de ideas tendientes a modificar y mejorar la impartición de justicia en el ámbito penal, a fin de otorgar mayor transparencia al proceso judicial, cuyo principal tema versa en el cambio de un sistema inquisitivo, a un sistema acusatorio y que indirectamente, provocaron el reconocimiento a nivel constitucional de los mecanismos alternos de solución de conflictos, como un derecho consagrado en la carta magna.	es_ES
