dc.description	This receptional work focuses its study on the question of unconstitutionality, being one of the jurisdictional means of constitutional control that by its characteristics and the moment in which the control takes place, is extremely interesting, because it allows to revise the constitutionality of the norm from the interpretation that I know of before its application to the concrete case, in order to guarantee the inviolability of the constitutional text and at the same time to avoid that the legal sphere of the citizen is affected by a norm that fences against the principles contained in the fundamental text.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo recepcional centra su estudio en la cuestión de inconstitucionalidad, al ser uno de los medios jurisdiccionales de control constitucional que por sus características y el momento en que el control tiene lugar, resulta sumamente interesante, pues permite revisar la constitucionalidad de la norma a partir de la interpretación que de la misma sé de ante su aplicación al caso concreto, a fin de garantizar la inviolabilidad del texto constitucional y a la vez evitar que la esfera jurídica del ciudadano sea afectada por una norma que valla en contra de los principios contenidos en el texto fundamental.	es_ES
