dc.description	The Mexican legal system, in its function of protection of fundamental norms, has frequented through its activation in a broad sense, to provide harmony between these and its inferiors, which seeks to improve the normative order. On the basis of the foregoing, a practice has been developed that encourages the use of the means of control enshrined in the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, which has stated that breaches of fundamental norms have an effect and consequence in the legal sphere. Hence, the issue of the "normative" omission, which is established by the absence or deficiency of norms, causing unconstitutionality and inconvenience.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El sistema jurídico mexicano en su función de protección a las normas fundamentales, ha frecuentado mediante su activación en un sentido amplio, proporcionar una armonía entre estas y sus inferiores, lo cual, pretende perfeccionar el orden normativo. En base a lo anterior, se ha desenvuelto una practica que impulsa el uso de los medios de control consagrados en la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, que ha manifestado que las infracciones a las normas fundamentales tienen un efecto y consecuencia en el ámbito jurídico. De lo cual, se desprende el tema de la omisión "normativa", que se establece por la ausencia o deficiencia de normas, causando inconstitucionalidades e inconvencionalidades.	es_ES
