| Resumen : | El eje central de la investigación es el sistema penal acusatorio en México y, de manera particular en el Estado de Guanajuato. En el trabajo se van analizando explicaciones de orden político criminal entrelazados con planteamientos constitucionales y de Derecho Procesal Penal para entender la orientación que debe tener el sistema penal acusatorio en el país y las dificultades que se han presentado para su adecuada implementación. |
| Descripción : | The central axis of the investigation is the accusatory criminal system in Mexico and, particularly in the State of Guanajuato. In the work, explanations of a criminal political order intertwined with constitutional and Criminal Procedure Law approaches are analyzed to understand the orientation that the accusatory criminal system in the country should have and the difficulties that have arisen for its proper implementation. |
