Resumen : La promoción de la salud mental ha tenido un progreso a nivel mundial, el cual ha impactado en las sociedades y la atención en los servicios de salud. Este fenómeno ha impulsado al deslinde de tabúes y estigmatización a personas con problemas de esta índole, pues en consideración a su tratamiento ya no solo se busca enfatizar en la rehabilitación propia sino a otras vertientes que intervengan a disminuir estos problemas mediante prevención, atención primaria a la salud y tratamientos inclusivos. En este enfoque, existen innumerables brechas que han explicado que este problema de Salud Pública esté rezagado en soluciones, y en potencial creciente de casos. Por ello, se considero pertinente realizar un proyecto orientado a población infantil, el cual permita diagnosticar de manera oportuna trastornos mentales, en especifico el de ansiedad. Considerando así la previsión de un mayor impacto en un futuro, el cual razona que tratar de manera aportará a evitar crecimientos y agravamientos desmesurados en lapsos próximos, más directos en la adolescencia, etapa donde los problemas en salud mental van en creciente.
Descripción : The promotion of mental health has made progress worldwide, which has had an impact on societies and care in health services. This phenomenon has prompted the demarcation of taboos and stigmatization of people with problems of this nature, because in consideration of their treatment it is not only sought to emphasize their own rehabilitation but also to other aspects that intervene to reduce these problems through prevention, primary care to inclusive health and treatments. In this approach, there are innumerable gaps that have explained that this Public Health problem lags behind in solutions, and in growing potential for cases. For this reason, it was considered pertinent to carry out a project aimed at children, which allows a timely diagnosis of mental disorders, specifically anxiety. Considering in this way the forecast of a greater impact in the future, which reasons that treating in a manner will contribute to avoiding excessive growth and deterioration in the next few periods, more direct in adolescence, a stage where mental health problems are increasing.
