| Resumen : | En la experiencia práctica dentro del quehacer jurisdiccional, donde se aprecia que la gran mayoría de juzgadores, tanto del fuero común , (principalmente en Nayarit), como del fuero federal, en sus resoluciones no han sabido distinguir con puntualidad las diferentes formas de autoría y participación del sujeto activo en la comisión del delito, y en esta entidad principalmente se debe a que el artículo 13 del código penal no precisa de forma clara dada de dichas formas de intervención. |
