Descripción : Soursop production in Nayarit, Mexico is limited by various fungal diseases, however anthracnose is considered the disease of greater economic importance, as it causes necrosation and loss of shoots tender vegetatives, leaves, inflorescences and fruits throughout the year. The petals of the affected inflorescences show small brown to black lesions, the which enlarge and sink, causing the premature fall of petals and even the total loss of flower structure. In the present study the incidence of anthracnose in inflorescences of soursop, fungi associated with anthracnose, the causal agent was determined with pathogenicity tests and molecular identification, and in vitro antagonistic evaluation was carried out on Colletotrichum theobromicola Delacr, causing anthracnose in inflorescences with nine strains of microorganisms (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, B. methylotrophicus, B. subtilis, Trichoderma asperellum, T. harzianum, T. longibrachiatum, Streptomyces sp. (A7), S. tubercidicus (A19), and S. viridochromogenes (A27)) and seven fungicides commercial Maxtrobyn® (azoxystrobin SC), ExCitrus® (citrus extract + quercetin), Canelys® (Cinnamomum zeylanicum Extract), Hidrocu® PH (Copper Hydroxide), Pull75WG® (Cuprous Oxide), Score® 250 EC (Diphenoconazole) and Switch® 62.5 WG (cyprodinil + fludioxonil). The results showed that anthracnose is present in inflorescences all year round and can have an incidence of 72% from July to October. I know found a correlation of the incidence of anthracnose with the rainfall of 0.73 and 0.74, for the municipalities of San Blas and Compostela, respectively. I know They identified eight genera of fungi (Colletotrichum, Fusarium, Lasiodiplodia, Cladosporium, Ovulariopsis, Aspergillus, Sclerotium and Penicillium) associated to the anthracnose, of which only Colletotrichum was pathogenic and was identified molecularly as Colletotrichum theobromicola Delacr
