| Resumen : | Las condiciones políticas del país, el desarrollo y madurez que han alcanzado los partidos políticos así como los resultados electorales hacen necesario que cambie el sistema de integración de las Cámaras reformando, adicionando o derogando diversos preceptos de la Constitución, del Código Federal de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales, así como de los estatutos y reglamentos que no sean acordes a una nueva integración del poder legislativo. |
