The perspective of the business sector of the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, with respect to the competencies that require a graduate of the Bachelor of Public Accounting, to be hired. From this point of view there is a disposition on the part of the employers to establish laos with the local universities, to strengthen the training of accounting professionals.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEs innegable, que la problemática real en campo profesional atañe a las universidades y a las empresas, siendo este momento ideal de cooperar, vinculando los procesos formativos a las necesidades reales del mercado laboral. La perspectiva del sector empresarial de la ciudad de Guadalajara, Jalisco, con respecto a las competencias que requieren posea un egresado de la Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública, para ser contratados. Desde esta óptica existe disposición por parte de los empleadores para establecer lasos con las universidades locales, para fortalecer la formación de profesionistas contables.es_ES
