Resumen : La administración de justicia es uno de los más sentidos reclamos por nuestra sociedad, ya que a través de esta función se da seguridad al ciudadano y se restituye la confianza en las instituciones encargadas de llevar a cabo tan delicada función. Sin embargo, existen algunas barreras para que no se cumpla con el derecho vigente establecido en la legislación procesal y penal, tratándose de personas con enfermedad mental, quienes tienen el inalienable derecho a que se les procure y administre justicia con absoluto respeto a sus derechos fundamentales y humanos, con un apego irrestricto a las garantías penales y de procedimiento, consagradas en nuestra constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.
Descripción : The administration of justice is one of the most heartfelt claims by our society, since through this function the citizen is given security and trust is restored in the institutions in charge of carrying out such a delicate function. However, there are some barriers so that the current law established in the procedural and criminal legislation is not complied with, in the case of people with mental illness, who have the inalienable right to have justice sought and administered with absolute respect for their fundamental rights. and humans, with an unrestricted adherence to the criminal and procedural guarantees, enshrined in our Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.
