dc.descriptionThis monographic research paper, entitled "The Enforcement of the Sentences of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in the Mexican Legal System," seeks to make a generalized study of the Inter-American System of Human Rights and its effectiveness, which is based on the System of Human Rights Protection in Mexico, carried out through the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, The purpose of this investigation is to establish the effectiveness of the execution of its deliberations and, as the case may be, to point out as a conclusion the way to make the execution of the judgments more efficient in the Mexican legal system, in order to achieve the legal security of the parties violated in their human rights.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación de carácter monográfico, intitulado "La Ejecución de las sentencias de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos en el sistema jurídico mexicano" pretende hacer un estudio generalizado sobre el Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos y su efectividad, por 10 cual se basa en el Sistema de Protección de Derechos Humanos, en México, realizado por conducto de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, sus funciones, facultades y resoluciones en específico, las sentencias que constituyen el objeto de estudio de esta investigación, para poder establecer la efectividad sobre la ejecución de sus deliberaciones y, en su caso, poder señalar a manera de conclusión la manera de eficientar la ejecución de las sentencias en el sistema jurídico mexicano, para lograr la seguridad jurídica de las partes violentadas en sus Derechos Humanos.es_ES
